Heinrich Wilken (politician, 1885)

Heinrich Wilken (born May 12, 1885 in Döhren near Melle ; † October 13, 1951 there ) was a German politician (CDU). He was a member of the appointed state parliaments of Hanover and Lower Saxony.

Wilken attended elementary school and after graduation worked in his father's farm. He attended the agricultural schools in Meppen and Hildesheim . From 1914 to 1918 he was a soldier in the First World War. Until 1933 Wilken was a member of the center party and for this chairman and member of the district council and the district committee. After the end of National Socialism, he was involved in building the CDU in the Melle district from September 1945. In 1946 he was a member of the appointed Hanover State Parliament and then the appointed Lower Saxony State Parliament .
