Heinz Borner
Heinz Börner (* 1934 ) is a former naval officer, wholesale merchant and graduate economist.
Börner was active in the folk book trade as planning manager and economic director, director of the Karl-Marx-Stadt book business and from 1983 to 1990 as main director.
