Heinz Faust was a German swimmer . On December 5, 1926 , Göppingen from SV Göppingen in Strasbourg set a world record in the 100 m breaststroke with 1: 15.6 minutes . He undercut the world record time held by Erich Rademacher by 0.3 seconds. The Canadian Walter Spence improved the world record on October 28, 1927 to 1: 14.0 minutes.
