Heinz Flacke (born March 25, 1943 in Langenweddingen ) is a former German handball player . He had his usual position in the right back area .

During his active time he played for SC Magdeburg until 1975 and was GDR champion with the club in 1970 . Flacke was one of the key players in the club's rise to the national top. From 1970/71 to 1973/74 he was the top scorer in the league. Overall, he was the best scorer of the season for the SCM six times - more often than any other player in the club's history. This made Flacke a crowd favorite among SCM fans of that time (cheering: "Zicke, zacke - now comes Flacke!").

Despite his enormous risk of scoring in the league, he did not really get a chance in the GDR national team . At 1.86 m he was perceived as too small for international tasks. So he completed only nine internationals in which he scored eight goals.
