Heinz Gerischer Award
The Heinz-Gerischer Prize ( english Europe Section Heinz Gerischer Award ) is one of the European section of the Electrochemical Society founded and 2001 2003 for the first time conferred price . It recognizes outstanding contributions to the fundamental understanding of electrochemical processes in semiconductors . The award is named after Heinz Gerischer , and his family made a corresponding donation. The prize is awarded every two years during the autumn meeting of the European Section of the Electrochemical Society.
Components of the price
The honored person (there can be a maximum of three award winners) receives a certificate. The prize money amounts to a total of 2000 euros, if necessary there is also support for travel expenses.
