Heinz Hofmann (soccer player)
Heinz Hofmann (born May 23, 1921 ) was a German football player .
Career
The goalkeeper Heinz Hofmann began his career with Arminia Bielefeld and later moved to VfB Oldenburg . With the Oldenburgen, Hofmann rose in 1951 from the then first-class Oberliga Nord , managed to rise again three years later, before relegation followed in 1956. Hofmann completed a total of 50 league games. On August 29, 1954 Hofmann conceded the first league goal of the later national player Uwe Seeler .
