Heinz Josef Dick

Heinz Josef Dick (born October 2, 1949 in Glehn ) is a German educator and local politician. From 1999 to 2015 he was full-time mayor (CDU) in Korschenbroich , Rhein-Kreis Neuss , North Rhine-Westphalia .

Life

After primary school and high school, Dick studied mathematics, physics, education and philosophy at the University of Cologne . He then worked at the Georg-Büchner-Gymnasium in Kaarst , most recently as director of studies.

Dick was a member of the Korschenbroich city council from 1989 to 1999 and chairman of the parliamentary group there from 1994 to 1999. He was first elected Mayor of Korschenbroich on October 1, 1999 and was re-elected in 2004 and 2009.

Heinz Josef Dick lives with his family in his birthplace Glehn.
