Heinz Kuhbier (born April 16, 1907 in Gummersbach ; † November 28, 1998 ) was a German lawyer, civil servant and senior district director of the Siegen district .

Life

Kuhbier worked as a lawyer, then as an employee of the German Municipal Association in the Central German Municipal Administration and Savings Bank School in Halle (Saale). He joined the SA (1933ff.), In which he was Rottenführer, in 1934 the National Socialist Legal Guardian Association (NSRB) and after the expiry of the four-year ban on membership in 1937, he joined the NSDAP ( membership number 4,448,655). In 1944 he received the War Merit Cross, Second Class.

After the end of the Nazi regime, he was classified in the denazification process, first as a follower in category IV, then as unencumbered in category V. According to the local history researcher Lothar Irle, he was now independent from 1947 to 1963 as district director of the Siegen district , then succeeding Erich Moning was senior district director from 1964 to 1972.
