Heinz Radzikowski
Heinz Radzikowski (born September 7, 1925 in Stolp ) is a former German hockey player who won an Olympic bronze medal.
Heinz Radzikowski won the German championship with SC Brandenburg in 1956 and was then appointed to the German national hockey team. At the Olympic Games in 1956 Radzikowski was the only Berlin player in the West German team. In Melbourne the team reached the semi-finals, there the team lost to the Indian team; In the bronze medal match, the Germans won 3-1 against the British, with Radzikowski scoring a goal. The half-forward played a total of 9 international matches from 1956 to 1958.
For his sporting achievements he received the silver laurel leaf on January 21, 1957.
