Heinz Schilling (born July 4, 1929 ; † March 11, 2018 in Plauen ) was a German theoretical physicist .

In 1966, Heinz Schilling was appointed professor for theoretical physics at the Technical University of Magdeburg . He was a member of the Academy of Sciences of the GDR .
