The Heating Systems Ordinance (HeizAnlV) was a German legal ordinance that contained provisions on energy saving as well as provisions for low-temperature boilers and thermostatic valves .

Among other things , it amended Directive 92/42 / EEC […] of 21 May 1992 on the efficiency of new hot water boilers fed with liquid or gaseous fuels ( OJ No. L 167 p. 17, L 195 p. 32) Implemented into German law by Article 12 of Directive 93/68 / EEC […] of July 22, 1993 (OJ EC No. L 220 p. 1), insofar as the regulations refer to the commissioning of boilers .

The last new announcement of the HeizAnlV dates from May 4, 1998 ( BGBl. I p. 851 ).

On February 1, 2002, the regulations of the Heating Systems Ordinance and the Thermal Insulation Ordinance of August 16, 1994 ( Federal Law Gazette I p. 2121 ) were incorporated into the Energy Saving Ordinance .
