Helen Marjorie Kilpatrick CB (born October 9, 1958 in Guernsey ) is a politician in the Cayman Islands .

September 6, 2013, it is the successor of Duncan Taylor Governor of the Cayman Islands (Governor of the Cayman Islands) . She represents the British crown there and conducts government business on their behalf.

Before that, from 2005 she was Director General of the Financial and Commercial Group on the Cayman Islands.

She studied business administration at King's College of the University of Cambridge .
