Founded in 1907 as a girls' college , the Helene-Lange-Gymnasium in Fürth is today a natural science-technological (NTG), economic and social science (WSG-S) and linguistic high school (SG). At the seminar school are English / Psychology, Mathematics / Psychology and Mathematics / Physics in biology / chemistry, art education, German / social studies, student teachers trained.

The school takes part in School without Racism - School with Courage and is named after the women's rights activist Helene Lange . It is also a partner school of Siemens and SpVgg Greuther Fürth .
