Helmut Bendler

Helmut Bendler (born March 30, 1913 ; † 1994 ) was a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Life

Before his appointment as a federal judge, Bendler was most recently chairman (Senate President) of the 4th Senate (Legal Appeal Senate) of the Federal Patent Court . From October 18, 1972 until his resignation on October 31, 1976, he was a member of the 10th Civil Senate of the Federal Court of Justice .
