Helmut Pemsel

Helmut Pemsel (born October 31, 1928 in Mistelbach ) is an Austrian author and former entrepreneur.

Life

In World War II, first as Flakhelfer in use Pemsel came later in captivity, from which he returned in August 1945th He later worked as an entrepreneur until 1988. In addition, he began to build his own naval library from 1950, and from 1955 he wrote a chronicle of naval war history.
