Helmut Qual

Helmut Qual (born May 26, 1947 in Schönebeck ) is a German politician ( FDP ). From 2002 to 2006 he was a member of the Saxony-Anhalt state parliament .

Education and life

Helmut Qual attended POS from 1953 to 1963 and trained as a specialist salesman from 1963 to 1965. From 1971 to 1975 he studied and graduated with a degree in industrial engineering (FH). After studying again from 1980 to 1985 he was awarded a degree in political science, and from 1994 to 1995 he acquired the degree of administrative specialist at the study institute of the State of Saxony-Anhalt. From 1969 to 1975 Helmut Qual worked as a group leader in the Mifa factory in Sangerhausen and from 1975 to 1982 as a department head in the Sangerhausen heavy current plant construction. From 1982 to 1990 he was deputy chairman for trade and supply at the council of the Sangerhausen district , from 1990 to 1992 he was head of the regulatory office of the Sangerhausen district administration.

Helmut Qual, who is not a denominator, is married and has two children.

politics

Helmut Qual has been a member of the NDPD since 1971 and of the FDP since 1990. From 1990 to 2013 he was chairman of the FDP district association Mansfeld-Südharz . He was then appointed honorary chairman of the FDP in Mansfeld-Südharz. In 1993 he was elected as a member of the state board of the FDP. He has been a member of the Sangerhausen district council since 2004. In the state elections in Saxony-Anhalt in 2002, he was elected to the state parliament via the state list. In the state parliament he was deputy chairman of the committee for housing, urban development and transport as well as a member of the committee for finance.
