Helmut Zachau

Helmut Zachau (born April 22, 1948 in Hamburg ) is a German educator and politician . He was a member of the Bremen citizenship ( Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen ).

biography

Zachau studied pedagogy and worked as a teacher and then until 2011 as headmaster at the Walle school center in Bremen.

He is a member of the Greens. For this party from 1995 to August 2000 he was a member of the Bremen Citizenship for five years in the 14th and 15th electoral terms and was active in various deputations and committees (Education, Budget and Finance, Performa Nord). From 1999 to 2000 he was deputy group leader of the Greens. He resigned in 2000 as a member of parliament to work as headmaster in Walle.

He is a member of the board of the association Gesundheitstreffpunkt West in Bremen- Gröpelingen . He was on the board of the Bremen School Management Association (SLV-HB).
