Hendrickson International is a privately owned American company that is one of the largest manufacturers of truck suspension systems in the world. Hendrickson produces steel and air springs, bearing bushings and shock absorbers.

Magnus Hendrickson, who had previously gained experience in vehicle construction at the Hendrickson-Danielson Machine Shop and the Lauth-Juergens Motor Car Company , founded the Hendrickson Motor Truck Company in Chicago , Illinois in 1913 . He made trucks . The company later moved to Lyons , also in Illinois. Later company names were Hendrickson Manufacturing Company and Hendrickson Mobile Equipment Company (HME) . In 1978 the company was taken over by The Boler Company .
