Hendrik Hahne (born April 15, 1986 in Gronau an der Leine ) is a German football player.

In his youth, Hahne played at VfV Hildesheim and Duinger SC before moving to Hannover 96's youth team in 2000 .

Hahne started as a striker, but was also used as an attacking midfielder and retrained to the right full-back in the 2006/07 season; he played since the 2004/05 season in the second team of Lower Saxony. Since 2005 he has also been in the Bundesliga team and was also used seven times in the league and once in the cup. On September 24, 2005, Hendrik Hahne had his first Bundesliga appearance from the start in the game against FC Schalke 04 . In the following two seasons, however, he played exclusively for the upper division team of Lower Saxony, to which he belonged again exclusively since summer 2008, before he was reappointed to the first team in August 2009. For the 2010/11 season he moved to SV Babelsberg 03 . At the end of the season, however, his contract was terminated. In September 2011 he signed in the Landesliga Hannover for 1. FC Wunstorf . At the end of his career he plays in the district league at the Hanover district club TSV Bemerode.
