Hendryk Malewski

Hendryk Malewski (born July 24, 1953 in Lithuanian SSR ) is a Polish- Lithuanian criminalist , expert , criminal procedural lawyer and professor at the Chair of Criminology at the Law Faculty of the Mykolas Romeris University .

Life

In 1976, Hendryk Malewski graduated from the Vilnius University Law Faculty and then worked from 1976 to 1983 as an expert in the criminal forensics department of the Ministry of Interior of Lithuania . In addition, he taught from 1983 to 1990 as a lecturer at the Chair of Special Disciplines of the Vilnius Faculty of the Minsk Police School . He later studied as an aspirant and received his doctorate in law in 1997 .

Hendryk Malewski has been a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminology at the Police Academy since 1990, was senior assistant and deputy head of the Department of Criminology (1994–1997) and is head of the Department of Criminology at the Police Academy of Lithuania (since 1997). Since 2001 he has been teaching as professor of forensics at the Law Academy (afterwards at the Law University of Lithuania and MRU University) and at the University of Šiauliai .

His areas of teaching and research focus include tactics and methods of investigation ( forensic technology , crime tactics ).
