Henning Elting
Henning Kjelstrup Elting (born October 26, 1925 - † May 8, 2014 ) was a Danish football player .
Athletic career
Elting began playing football at B in 1901 . In 1945 the goalkeeper switched to Boldklubben 1909 , which he left three years later in the direction of Køge BK . Here he became a national player, in September 1949 he made his debut in the Nordic Championship 1948-51 in the 0-2 home defeat against Finland in the jersey of the Danish national team . As a result, he stayed in the squad of the national team and came to a total of four international appearances by November of the following year . He celebrated his greatest success at club level in 1954 when the team from Køge BK under the Hungarian coach Lajos Szendrődi won the championship title for the first time in the club's history. In the same year he ended his active career.
