Henri Georges Jean Isidore Meunier (born July 25, 1873 in Ixelles / Elsene , † September 8, 1922 in Etterbeek ) was a Belgian painter, graphic artist, illustrator and poster artist, influenced by Art Nouveau. He was also known as Marcus Henry Miller.

Henri Meunier was the nephew of the painter Constantin Meunier .

Henri Meunier received his first art lessons in his father's engraving workshop. He then studied at the School of Applied Arts in Ixelles, where his father taught nature drawing.

Meunier's work was influenced by Art Nouveau and Japanese art, but avoided the ornate floral motifs and showed a tendency towards monumentalism. Since 1895 he has been creating posters, designing book covers, stamps and playing cards. He received a gold medal at the Limoges art exhibition . He also dealt with lithography and etching .

In 1916 he made a series of etchings depicting the Battle of the Ardennes in 1914.
