Works

New Testament letters

His translation of the letters of the New Testament , published in 1999, is based on the Textus Receptus in the edition of the French publisher Robert Estienne from 1550. Due to his understanding of the Bible, Jantzen endeavored in the tradition of concordant translations to "reproduce the more important terms more or less consistently."

The New Testament in German

Jantzen's translation of the entire New Testament appeared in April 2007; it also followed the Textus Receptus of 1550. With the translation he combined references to parallel passages, footnotes, a list of terms and a translation commentary. The translation should give the reader the answer to the question "What is actually written?"
