Herbert Junck
Herbert Junck (born November 25, 1949 - May 31, 2005 ) was a German drummer .
Junck studied at the Conservatory in Rostock music and played there with Exzentra drums. In 1979 he switched to the Hansi Biebl Band and in 1983 to NO 55 . In 1984 he finally became the drummer of the rock band Silly , where he took over the position of Mike Schafmeier . Together the band recorded the records Liebeswalzer , Bataillon d'Amour , Februar , Sons of Whores and Paradies and established themselves as one of the most successful rock bands in the GDR. Junck died at age 55 of cancer .
