Herbert Müller (born October 28, 1929 in Schweinfurt ; † December 11, 2001 ) was a German local politician ( SPD ) in Schweinfurt.

Herbert Müller was a member of the Schweinfurt city council from 1956 to 2001, full-time second mayor from 1974 to 1996 and then chairman of the SPD city council group until 1998.

In July 2015, a street in a new building area in Schweinfurt was named after him.
