description

Grave 1

This complex has a north-east-south-west oriented megalithic bed with a length of at least 70 m and a width of 5.5 m in the north-east and 7.5 m in the south-west. Numerous stones have been preserved on the long sides of the enclosure. Most of the stones are no longer in situ , however, and the south-eastern long side has larger gaps than the north-western one. A pit at the southwest end of the bed marks the location of the destroyed burial chamber . Due to the small size of the pit, it should have been a dolmen .

Grave 2

This facility has a north-south oriented, slightly trapezoidal barn bed with a length of over 40 m and a width of 6.5 m. When Sprockhoff took the picture in 1933, 19 stones were still preserved on the eastern and 11 on the western long side. In the meantime only a few stones on the west side have been preserved, the stones on the east side are completely missing. A burial chamber is not recognizable.

Grave 3

This poorly preserved complex has a north-east-south-west oriented rectangular barren bed with a length of over 50 m and a width of 5 m. Only remains of the enclosure are preserved. There is a burial chamber roughly in the middle of the bed. It is an enlarged dolmen , of which the two wall stones on the north-east and one on the south-west long side and the north-west end stone have been preserved. The south-eastern end stone, the adjoining wall stone on the southwest side and the cap stones are missing. According to Sprockhoff, there could have been another burial chamber in the northeast part of the bed. It is also possible that it was not one, but two directly adjacent giant beds.

Grave 4

This system has an east-west oriented mound with a length of 12 m and a width of 9 m. On top of it lies a stone with numerous bowls . It is probably a capstone. Otherwise nothing is recognizable from the burial chamber.

Grave 5

This largely destroyed complex has a north-west-south-east oriented megalithic bed with a length of 20 m. The width cannot be determined. Six dragged stones are still preserved from the enclosure. No information is available about the burial chamber.

Grave 6

All that remains of this complex is an oval mound on which there are several stones that do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the original appearance.

Grave 7

This facility has a giant bed with a length of about 54 m and a width of 9 m. The mound still has a height of 1 m. Individual stones have been preserved from the enclosure on all four sides. A burial chamber cannot be seen.
