Herbert Steding (* on 2. August 1930 in Kleinenwieden , † 8. October 1996 in Hameln ) was a German politician of the SPD and from 1991 to 1996 District Administrator of the district Hameln-Pyrmont . He was also awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on Ribbon in 1996. He lived in the village of Kleinenwieden, which belongs to the city of Hessisch Oldendorf , until 1996 . Steding was married and had two children and four grandchildren.
