Herbert Walter
Herbert Walter (born August 10, 1953 in Prien am Chiemsee ) is a German bank manager.
Life
After studying business administration at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich (1974–1979), Herbert Walter received his doctorate. rer. pole.
In 1983 Walter joined Deutsche Bank , where he was divisional director and spokesman for the board of Deutsche Bank 24 from 1999 .
Since 2003, Walter was CEO of Dresdner Bank and also a member of the board of the insurance group Allianz SE .
After working as a freelance consultant from 2009, Herbert Walter took up the position of spokesman for the management committee of the SoFFin financial market stabilization fund on January 15, 2015 .
Herbert Walter is married and has three children.
