Andreas August Carl Hermann Auleb (exclusively in the baptismal register: Aulepp ) (* May 21, 1832 in Arnstadt ; † May 5, 1911 in Coburg ) was a lawyer, author and member of the state parliament of the Principality of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen .

family

Hermann Auleb was the son of the Princely Chimney Sweep Master Gottfried Christoph Aulepp and his wife Wilhelmine Friederike nee Krause. Thilo Apel, who was Evangelical Lutheran, married Emma Ernestine Wilhelmine, born Schütz (born February 5, 1852, † unknown) in Greußen on November 12, 1871 , the daughter of the brewery and coffee house owner Theodor Schütz in Greußen.

Legal career

Hermann Auleb studied law and on 19./21. January 1854 at the court of appeal in Eisenach the first legal state examination ("passed well"). From July 25, 1854 he was an accessist at the Justice Office (Groß-) Breitenbach, from March 24/5, 1855 at the Arnstadt Justice Office . On August 11, 1856 he became an auditor at the district court in Arnstadt , and on November 19, 1858 at the justice office in Gehren. From March 28th / 19th April 1860 he worked as an actuary at the justice office married life and from January 14th / 5th. February 1864 as 2nd actuary at the Justice Office (Groß-) Breitenbach. From September 27th / October 11th 1870 he was 1st actuary at the Greußen judicial office. His title was from January 26, 1871 Official Commissioner, from January 26, 1874 Official Assessor. From June 22nd / 6th In July 1875 he was second secretary at the joint district court in Arnstadt with the title of assessor.

On May 14, 1879 he was promoted to Dr. jur. PhD in Jena. From August 9th / 1st October 1879 he was the first district judge in Gehren, from January 3, 1882 with the title district judge. On May 26, 1887, he was retired due to illness at his own request.

politics

From 1872 to 1875 (?) Hermann Auleb was a member of the municipal council in Greußen. Politically he was close to the national liberals. He was a signatory of electoral appeals for the DRP constituency candidates in the constituency of the Principality of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen, and public prosecutor Oscar Schoenemann from Eisenach, also supported by the National Liberals .

From November 15, 1880 to 1881 and from June 13, 1884 to June 8, 1886, he was a member of the Schwarzburg special houses state parliament for the constituency for general elections 5 and represented conservative positions there.
