Court of Appeal Eisenach
The (joint) Court of Appeal in Eisenach was an intermediate court of several Thuringian small states with its seat in Eisenach between July 1, 1850 and 1879 .
It was formed as a joint court of the Duchy of Saxony-Weimar-Eisenach , the Principality of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt and the Principality of Schwarzburg-Sondershausen . The district courts of these countries were subordinate to him. The higher court was the Jena Higher Appeal Court .
In 1863 the Reuss younger line also joined, and in 1868 Sachsen-Coburg , Sachsen-Gotha and Reuss older line . The Gotha Court of Appeal as a joint court of Coburg and Gotha was accordingly repealed.

As part of the introduction of the Reich Justice Laws , the Sondershausen District Court was dissolved in 1879 and its tasks were distributed among various regional courts, mainly the Rudolstadt Regional Court .
