Hermione Klein

Hermine Klein was an Austrian nutrition expert who, from the 1980s, created the natural kitchen recipe collection , which consists of a total of 21 booklets. The first issue, 1 × 1 der Naturküche , was published in two further editions. The booklets are still available in health food stores today. However, the publisher no longer exists and the editor of the book has died.

Life

After five years of training as a home economics teacher , she dealt with full-fledged nutrition, including the apprenticeship according to Max Otto Bruker . Klein also presented recipes on the radio. In the book 99 new cookies. The best recipes from the ORF are read , two recipes from Hermine Klein are included.

The total circulation of the books is more than 1.6 million copies. In 1993 the company Ed. Haas Austria cooperates with the company "Hermine Klein" in Bad Schallerbach .
