Lauterbach mansion
The manor house Lauterbach ( Polish Dwór w Sieniawce ) is located in Sieniawka (German Lauterbach ) in the rural community Łagiewniki ( Heidersdorf ) in the powiat Dzierżoniowski ( Reichenbach district ) in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Poland .
history
At the place, which was first mentioned as Lutribach in 1370 , there has been a permanent house since the Renaissance . This was possibly destroyed in the Thirty Years War . The Niedvorwerk was sold to the Jesuit College in Breslau , which had the manor house built in 1678 . After 1775 the estate was owned by Ferdinand von Sandreczky and Sandraschütz and became part of the Langenbielau majority rule . After the transition to Poland in 1945, the house was used by state-owned workers as an apartment.
architecture
The building is one of the last half-timbered mansions that were once formative for Silesia . The building has a brick base and is covered by an unusual gable roof closed with a round hip . The date and the monogram “ IHS ” have been preserved above the entrance portal . Inside, a classical staircase has been preserved in the hall .
