Witch's kiss
The Hexenkuss is a type of ice cream in which the piece of ice is cuboid and relatively large in width. A large part of the vanilla ice cream made of milk ice is coated with a cocoa-based fat glaze , a small part is not covered with it.
The product was produced by Georg Hügues KG in Nordhausen from the 1960s until the fall of the Berlin Wall . The ice cream has been produced again since 2004, by Ablig Feinfrost GmbH in Am Ettersberg .
The witch's kiss is an oval-shaped version of the witch's candle .
