Hexi District in Tianjin City, subordinate to government

Hexi ( Chinese  河西 区 , Pinyin Héxī Qū , IPA ( standard Chinese) [ χɤ̌ɕíʨʰý ]) is a district of the government- direct city ​​of Tianjin in the People's Republic of China . It is located in the southern part of the core city of Tianjin between the districts of Heping and Jinnan .

The Tianjin TV tower , the third highest TV tower in China at 415 m, is located in the Hexi district.

In December 2004, the Tianjin Museum was opened in Hexi . The new building in the shape of a flying swan is one of the largest buildings in China.

Administrative structure

The city district consists of 13 street districts. These are:

Chentangzhuang Street District (陈塘 庄 街道);
Dayingmen Street District (大 营 门 街道);
Road quarter Donghai (东海街道);
Guajiasi street district (挂甲 寺 街道);
Road quarter JianShan (尖山街道);
Liulin street district (柳林 街道);
Machang Street District (马 场 街道);
Road quarter Meijiang (梅江街道);
Taoyuan Street District (桃园 街道);
Tianta Street District (天 塔 街道);
Xiawafang Street (下 瓦房 街道);
Youyilu Street District (友谊 路 街道);
Yuexiulu Street District (越秀 路 Straßen).
