Hiatus adductorius
The adductor hiatus (Latin for 'adductor slit', also hiatus tendineus ) represents the distal end of the adductor canal ( canalis adductorius ) through which blood vessels and nerves pass from the front of the thigh towards the hollow of the knee . The adductor hiatus arises from the gap between the attachment points of the adductor magnus muscle .
