Higasi-Yamato Nunatak [sic!] ( Japanese 東 や ま と ヌ ナ タ ー ー ク 'Eastern Yamato Nunatakker' ) are two small nunatakkers in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . They tower 40 km east of the Queen Fabiola Mountains .
Japanese scientists took aerial photographs in 1975 and named them based on the Japanese name Yamato Sanmya ( Japanese や ま と 山脈 ) for the Queen Fabiola Mountains.
