Higasi-hanare Iwa ( Japanese 東 は な れ 岩 , East remote rocks' ) are two small rocky outcrops in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In the Queen Fabiola Mountains they tower 12 km southeast of Mount Fukushima .
Japanese scientists made measurements and their naming in 1960.
