Hilde Synnøve Riis (born May 6, 1959 in Lørenskog ) is a former Norwegian cross-country skier .
Riis, who started for the Sylling IF , won the bronze medal with the relay at the Junior European Championships in 1978 in Murau . In her only Olympic participation in February 1980 in Lake Placid , she ran in 30th place over 10 km. In 1983 she won the Birkebeinerrennet . At Norwegian championships she was third in 1979 with the relay and in 1981 over 20 km.
