Hilton House is a residential building near the Scottish city ​​of Perth in the Council Area Perth and Kinross . In 1971 the structure was included in the Scottish monument lists in the highest monument category A.

The residential building was erected in 1732. It has survived to this day with exceptionally few changes.

Hilton House is located on Hilton Junction , the junction of two railway lines in front of a tunnel to Perth, and near the traffic junction between the M90 , A90 and A912 road around 1.5 kilometers south of the southern foothills of Perth. Its masonry is made of quarry stone with offset natural stone details . The facades are plastered with Harl . The profiled entrance door is located on the north-facing main facade of the two-story residential building. A plaque is embedded above it.
