Hiro Yūki ( Japanese 優 希 比 呂 , Yūki Hiro ; * February 13, 1965 in Tokyo Prefecture , Japan as Teruhisa Tsuyusaki ( 露 崎 照 久 , Tsuyusaki Teruhisa )) is a Japanese voice actor ( seiyū ). He worked for Ken Productions. In June 2007 he changed the spelling of his stage name from 結 城 比 呂 to the current one.

He is best known for White Cross and as a member of the resulting Seiyū band White, which consists of Takehito Koyasu , Tomokazu Seki , Shin'ichirō Miki and himself.

He is often mistaken for a woman because of his soft, feminine voice. It also enables him to perform roles that would normally be played by women in Japan.
