Hironobu Yasuda

Hironobu Yasuda ( Japanese 安 田 裕 信 , Yasuda Hironobu ; born November 11, 1983 in Shiga Prefecture ) is a Japanese automobile racing driver . He has been competing in the Super GT since 2006 .

Career

Yasuda began his motorsport in karting , to which he returned again and again in the further course of his career. Among other things, he was the 2003 Asia-Pacific CIK-FIA Formula A champion .

In 2003 he moved to the Formula racing and went to 2004 in the Formula Dream on. After a one-year break, Yasuda took part in the Japanese Formula Challenge in 2006 . With four wins he finished third in the championship. In addition, he made his debut in GT racing and completed the GT300 classification of the Super GT in 20th place.

In 2007 Yasuda moved to Three Bond Racing in the Japanese Formula 3 championship . He finished the season in eighth place overall. He also took part in two Super GT races. In 2008, Yasuda won two Japanese Formula 3 races and improved to fourth place in the championship. He also won the GT300 of the Super GT together with Kazuki Hoshino . In 2009, Yasuda contested his third season in Japanese Formula 3 for Three Bond Racing and achieved fifth place in the drivers' championship with one win. He also finished seventh in the Super GT with a win.

In 2010, Yasuda concentrated exclusively on his GT involvement and finished the Super GT with a win in tenth place. In 2011, Yasuda returned to Formula racing at Three Bond Racing. With four wins he was second behind Yūhi Sekiguchi in the Japanese Formula 3 Championship. He also took part in the Macau Grand Prix . He also competed again in the Super GT. As in the previous year, he reached tenth place there.
