Hiroshi Minagawa ( Japanese 皆川 裕 史 , Minagawa Hiroshi ; * 1970 ) is a Japanese video game developer. He started doing his first job in 1991 for Quest, where he worked as art director on the PC engine shooter Magical Chase. In 1995 he moved to Square (now Square Enix ), and was the first to be responsible for the graphic design of the Playstation game Ogre Battle. He later became best known for working on games such as Tactics Ogre or Final Fantasy Tactics, before becoming co-director for Final Fantasy XII. He held this position together with game designer Hiroyuki Itō after the departure of the original producer and director Yasumi Matsuno.
