The Catholic Chapel of the Three Kings is a listed church building in Oberlandenbeck , a district of Eslohe in the Hochsauerlandkreis ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

History and architecture

The small muddy quarry stone hall with a slightly retracted apse stands on a meadow north of the village. It was built in the 14th century and renewed after a designation in 1721. The walls are divided by pointed arch windows. A roof turret was added to the building . A flat ceiling has been installed in the interior. The windows are framed with columns and arches, the windows of the ship are in round arches. The painting from the construction period was uncovered and restored in 1976.

Furnishing

  • The pilaster retable has a painting depicting the Visitation from the mid-18th century. It comes from the church in Schmallenberg-Wormbach.
  • The figures of Pietà , St. Lucia and the worship Relief wooden carved in the 18th century and disfiguring taken .
