The St. Florian is a stone statue of St. Florian in the Jeneweingasse 17 in a niche of Erdődy estate in the 21st Viennese district of Floridsdorf . The property is under monument protection .

description

The statue of St. Florian from the end of the 18th century stands in a shallow niche of the Erdődy estate on a simply designed pedestal. Saint Florian wears knightly clothing with a helmet, armor and sagum . He is holding a flag in his left arm, and with his right hand he extinguishes a burning house standing at his feet with a bucket of water. The statue is protected from the elements by a curved roof.
