The hood lock elevated tank is a water reservoir built in 1900 on Estionenweg in the hood lock complex in Kempten (Allgäu) .

The neo-Baroque , listed building bears rustication and corner pilaster strip . In 1967 the capacity of the elevated tank was doubled from 1500 m³ to 3000 m³. The overflow water level is 747 meters above sea ​​level , the drinking water throughput is around 1,000,000 m³ per year.

In 2009 the water chambers were renovated.
