The Hohe Zwerg is a 43-meter-high elevation in the municipality of Kemnitz in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district in the northeast of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania . It is located around 1.8 km southeast of the Rappenhagen district and, like most of the elevations in the region, was created during the Vistula Ice Age .
