Career

Holger Hasse began his professional career at FC Erzgebirge Aue . From 1998 he was able to establish himself as a regular player in Aue, playing a total of 119 regional league games for Aue, in which he scored two goals. In 2002 he moved from Regionalliga Nord to the 2nd Bundesliga at VfB Lübeck .

With the North Germans he came to 37 missions in the following two years and was able to score three goals. In 2004 Hasse moved back to Aue for one season (18 appearances), which had meanwhile been promoted to the 2nd Bundesliga. In 2005 he moved back to FC Carl Zeiss Jena in the Regionalliga Nord. With Jena he made it to the 2nd Bundesliga in 2006, scoring two goals in a total of 44 appearances. In early 2007, Hasse moved to the Regionalliga Nord to Holstein Kiel , but could not prevent the Kiel team from relegating to the Oberliga. In 2007/08 he was promoted to the Regionalliga Nord again with Kiel and a year later he was promoted to the 3rd football league . In the following season, however, he was no longer used, so he left the club in the summer break of 2010 and ended his career.
