Holm Island

Holm Island is an island in the River Thames in England above Penton Hook Lock. The island is at the far east end of Wraysbury , Berkshire . Hollyhock Island is in the immediate vicinity of the island .

The island is known for the larger of the two houses on the island called "The Nest". The house was used by King Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson in the 1930s.
