Holzdorf (Berumbur)

Holzdorf is a district of the East Frisian municipality of Berumbur in the joint municipality of Hage in the Aurich district in Lower Saxony .

The place is about one kilometer southwest of the core town. The colony was established in 1805. In 1848 there were 253 residents in Holzdorf, spread over 46 residential buildings. The place name stands for forest village . Holzdorf has been part of the Berumbur community since it was founded.
