Schlottermühle (colloquially: Schlūdemīl ) is a district of the Thurnau market in the Upper Franconian district of Kulmbach .
geography
The wasteland lies on the Friesenbach , which flows directly northeast as a left tributary into the Red Main . The district road KU 5 leads past the Hammerhaus to Lanzenreuth (0.6 km north) or to Partenfeld (0.4 km west).
history
The place was first mentioned in 1641 as "Schlottermühl". The defining word is slotern ( mhd. For shivering, rattling, chatting).
Towards the end of the 18th century, Schlottermühle consisted of an estate. The high court was exercised by the Bavarian Bailiwick of Kulmbach . The basic rule about the grinding mill had the box office Kulmbach held.
From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the justice and chamber office Kulmbach . Under the Prussian administration (1792–1806) of the Principality of Bayreuth, the Schlottermühle received the number 1 of Partenfeld when the house numbers were assigned . With the community edict, Schlottermühle was assigned to the Hutschdorf tax district in 1811 and the Hutschdorf rural community in 1812 . On January 1, 1972, Schlottermühle was incorporated into the Thurnau market as part of the regional reform in Bavaria .
